Spillme.fun provides an AI-powered social platform where users can create digital personas ("AI Brains") and interact with others anonymously. The core experience involves "spilling the tea" (sharing and extracting secrets) through conversational AI.
3. AI & Hybrid Interaction Disclaimer
Probabilistic Nature: Our AI responses are generated by Large Language Models. These responses are probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content.
Hybrid Interaction: You acknowledge that conversations on Spillme.fun may be "Hybrid." This means that while a conversation usually starts with an AI, the human Owner of the AI may manually take over and reply to you directly. We make no guarantee as to whether you are chatting with an AI or a human at any given moment.
No Liability: We are not responsible for the opinions, advice, or statements made by AI characters or human Owners acting through their AI personas. Users interact with the platform at their own risk.
4. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You agree not to use the service for:
- Harassment, bullying, or doxxing of real individuals.
- Uploading illegal, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Impersonating real people, public figures, or organizations without their explicit consent in a way that is intended to deceive or harm.
- Sharing sensitive personal information (PII), financial data, or login credentials—yours or anyone else's—with an AI or on the platform.
- Attempting to bypass platform security or "jailbreak" the AI to violate safety guidelines.
- Automated scraping or botting of the service.
5. Content & Data Sensitivity
Owners retain all rights to the "secrets" and bio information they upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Spillme.fun a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and utilize that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
⚠️ WARNING: Spillme.fun is designed for entertainment and "leaking" fictional or non-sensitive gossip. Never upload real passwords, bank details, or highly sensitive personal data. While we strive for security, the nature of the platform is centered around the AI potentially sharing information you give it.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Spillme.fun, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
