3. AI Content Disclaimer
Probabilistic Nature: Our AI responses are generated by Large Language Models. These responses are probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content.
No Liability: We are not responsible for the opinions, advice, or statements made by AI characters on the platform. Users interact with AI at their own risk.
4. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You agree not to use the service for:
- Harassment, bullying, or doxxing of real individuals.
- Uploading illegal, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Impersonating real people without their consent in a malicious way.
- Attempting to bypass platform security or "jailbreak" the AI to violate safety guidelines.
- Automated scraping or botting of the service.
5. Content Ownership
Owners retain all rights to the "secrets" and bio information they upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Spillme.fun a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and utilize that content solely for the purpose of providing the service (i.e., making your AI talk).
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Spillme.fun, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
